I first realised the importance of  a person centered approach and became interested in alternative treatments and methods when I was employed by the mental health charity Mind  in 1995, after many years working in an administrative capacity, I knew I wanted a hands-on approach to help people.

I was introduced to the Bach Flower Remedies in 2000 when I suffered with ante-natal depression, the remedies were so effective and I have continued to use them ever since.  I knew straight away that I wanted to know more about the system and the remedies so I completed level 1 and 2 with a Bach Registered Teacher.  In September 2012 I qualified as a Bach Foundation Registered Practitioner. I am constantly taken aback by the effectiveness of these remedies.

Along my spiritual pathway I discovered Reiki in 2009 and this has had a big impact on my life.  Giving me what I needed to fulfil my aims and goals.  In early 2012 I became a Reiki Master/Teacher so that now I have the privilage to pass on the learning of Reiki to others, enabling them to discover its wonderful benefit in their lives.

I also have diplomas in Traditional Thai Foot Massage and Indian Head Massage.

All the therapies that I work with treat the individual, as we are all unique and our emotions and reactions to situations are individual to each of us.
